Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Kathmandu, airport transfer, trek briefing, and gear check.

Day 2

Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding through riverside villages.

Day 3

Trek to Namche Bazaar with suspension bridges and first high mountain views.

Day 4

Acclimatization walk above Namche and time for local markets.

Day 5

Trek to Tengboche, visit the monastery, and rest with panoramic views.

Day 6-9

Continue through Dingboche, Lobuche, and Gorak Shep with safe altitude pacing.

Day 10

Base camp viewpoint day and return to lower altitude.

Day 11-14

Descend via Namche and Lukla with buffer time for weather.

Day 15

Fly back to Kathmandu and depart.
